实木大板为天然的产物，无法保证不开裂和其他问题。虽然几方已在原料与工艺上降低这种风险，但是仍无法杜绝，所以几方承诺客户，自收到实木大板的一年内，由于非人为因素产生的质量问题，提供免费上门维护。

The slab is the natural production. We can’t guarantee the crack never happens, although we reduce the risk with technologies. We promise the consumers buying our slabs that we provide the maintenance for free in one year from the date of receipt if any fault caused by non-artificial reason.
